What you'll do
- Supervise aquatics staff and lifeguards
- Ensure water safety standards and protocols
- Manage aquatics program schedules and operations
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
- Monitor facility maintenance and equipment
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations
- Support member experience and satisfaction
- Coordinate aquatic programs and classes
What you'll need
- Lifeguard certification
- Water safety knowledge
- Supervisory experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
