What you'll do

  • Supervise aquatics staff and lifeguards
  • Ensure water safety standards and protocols
  • Manage aquatics program schedules and operations
  • Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
  • Monitor facility maintenance and equipment
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations
  • Support member experience and satisfaction
  • Coordinate aquatic programs and classes

What you'll need

  • Lifeguard certification
  • Water safety knowledge
  • Supervisory experience
  • Current CPR/First Aid certification
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
