What you'll do
- Manage field sales team within assigned area/territory
- Direct face-to-face customer interactions for home services (TV, Internet, Home Phone)
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Monitor and improve team performance
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service delivery
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Provide coaching and training to field sales representatives
- Build and maintain customer relationships
What you'll need
- Experience in field sales or sales management
- Leadership experience managing sales teams
- Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of residential telecommunications or related services
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel within assigned territory
