What you'll do
- Monitor store assets and prevent theft or loss
- Observe customer and employee behavior for suspicious activity
- Respond to security incidents and breaches
- Prepare incident reports and documentation
- Collaborate with store management on loss prevention strategies
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct
- Support community and retail operations across Canadian locations
What you'll need
- Ability to work in retail environment
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods
- Valid identification and background clearance eligibility
- Customer service orientation
- Reliability and punctuality
