What you'll do

• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to counseling staff
• Deliver direct counseling services to campers aged 0-18
• Develop and implement treatment plans using strength-based approach
• Assess mental health needs of children and families
• Coordinate with families and community partners
• Maintain clinical documentation and records
• Lead and manage counseling program operations
• Support staff development and clinical training

What you'll need

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
• Valid professional license (LPC, LCSW, or equivalent)
• Experience in mental health services for children and youth
• Experience working in camp or residential settings preferred
• Strong clinical and administrative skills
