- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Conduct cold calls and emails as required
- Perform and synthesize research for modeling and competitive analysis
What you'll need
- Ability to source and build candidate pipelines
- Experience with resume screening and candidate evaluation
- Knowledge of recruiting and selection methodologies
- Proficiency in conducting interviews
- Research and analytical skills
