What you'll do
- Lead and manage creative projects from conception to completion
- Oversee and mentor art directors, writers, and designers
- Develop and execute creative concepts with attention to detail
- Maintain project momentum while elevating work quality
- Collaborate with colourists and other specialized creative roles
- Work on national and global campaigns
- Provide clear direction and leadership to creative team members
What you'll need
- Art Direction experience
- Project management capability
- Leadership experience with creative teams
- Strong understanding of design craft and execution
- Located in or willing to work in Toronto office
