- Provide HR business partnership to Personal Banking division
- Drive organizational development initiatives
- Support talent management and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Partner with business leaders on people-related challenges

What you'll need
- Banking or financial services industry experience
- HRBP or HR leadership background
- Strong understanding of personal banking operations
