What you'll do
- Lead REM modelling initiatives and projects
- Manage and mentor modelling team members
- Develop and implement risk modelling strategies
- Ensure regulatory compliance in modelling practices
- Collaborate with banking and risk management teams
- Drive innovation in financial modelling approaches
What you'll need
- Experience in REM (Risk Equivalent Modelling) or similar financial modelling
- Strong background in banking or financial services
- Leadership experience managing teams
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills
- Experience with financial systems and tools
