What you'll do
- Provide investment banking services to clients
- Lead corporate finance advisory engagements
- Develop and mentor junior team members
- Manage client relationships and business development
- Support deal structuring and execution
- Ensure compliance with OSC regulations
- Contribute to firm growth and strategic initiatives
What you'll need
- Experience in corporate finance or investment banking
- Understanding of OSC regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- Client-facing experience
- Professional designation or equivalent experience
- Track record of managing complex financial transactions
