About the Role We are looking for Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators (Safety Drivers) to support the testing, validation, commercial deployment, and scaling of autonomous vehicle (AV) and robotaxi fleets across North America. What you'll do
- Operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing and validation
- Ensure safe operation of self-driving vehicles during pilot programs
- Support commercial autonomous ride-hailing services
- Collaborate with engineering and fleet operations teams
- Work with depot and maintenance teams
- Monitor vehicle performance and safety metrics
- Report issues and anomalies during autonomous vehicle operation
- Support scaling of AV and robotaxi fleets
What you'll need
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to monitor and control autonomous vehicles
- Knowledge of safety protocols
- Physical ability to operate vehicles
- Willingness to work across North America
