What you'll need
- Senior leadership experience in payroll and/or rewards operations
- Global operations management experience
- Knowledge of payroll compliance across multiple regions/countries
- Experience managing large teams (50+ professionals)
- Understanding of benefits administration and rewards programs
- Experience supporting large employee populations
