What you'll do
- Manage credit and collections for assigned accounts
- Analyze customer creditworthiness
- Follow up on overdue accounts
- Process payment applications
- Communicate with customers in English and French
- Maintain accurate account records
- Resolve billing disputes
- Monitor credit limits and terms
What you'll need
- Bilingual proficiency (English and French)
- Credit and collections experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse customer base
- Location in Canada
