What you'll do
- Coordinate and manage insurance cases
- Communicate with clients in both English and French
- Process case documentation and paperwork
- Support Financial Advisors with case administration
- Maintain accurate case records and databases
- Respond to client inquiries
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations
What you'll need
- Bilingual proficiency (English and French)
- Insurance industry knowledge or willingness to learn
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience
