What you'll do
- Operate and monitor building mechanical systems
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC and related equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
- Respond to building system emergencies
- Maintain detailed logs of building operations
- Coordinate with maintenance and repair contractors
- Support facility operations for science centre activities
What you'll need
- 5th Class Power Engineer certification or ability to obtain
- Knowledge of building mechanical systems
- Understanding of safety regulations and codes
- Ability to perform routine maintenance tasks
- Valid driver's license
