What you'll do
- Lead business development strategy for Prairies & Northern Canada region
- Drive growth and market expansion in assigned territory
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Manage regional P&L
- Lead and mentor business development team
- Develop new business opportunities
- Support Earth & Environment business growth objectives
- Represent WSP in regional market
What you'll need
- Proven business development leadership experience
- Track record in sales and client acquisition
- Regional management experience
- Understanding of engineering, environmental, or advisory services industry
- Strong P&L management capabilities
- Leadership and team management skills
- Geographic coverage of Prairies and Northern Canada
