What you'll do
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into system specifications
- Document current business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements
- Support system implementation and testing activities
- Create process documentation and training materials
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements
- Serve as liaison between business users and IT teams
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 2-4 years of business systems analysis experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with ERP systems preferred
- Proficiency with SQL and database concepts
