What you'll do
- Provide direct patient care in long-term care and assisted living settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assess and monitor patient health conditions
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Support Providence Living's mission in long-term care and community services
What you'll need
- Valid LPN license
- BCNU membership
- Ability to work flexible/casual hours
- Competency in CCL & CP (Continuing Care and Community Practice areas)
