What you'll do
- Lead CGI and 3D creative projects for global brand clients
- Develop creative concepts and visual direction for campaigns
- Mentor and guide junior creative team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on brand experience projects
- Ensure quality and consistency across 3D creative deliverables
- Contribute to strategic brand solutions from concept to execution
- Stay current with 3D design tools and industry best practices
What you'll need
- Proven experience in CGI and 3D design
- Portfolio demonstrating creative direction capabilities
- Understanding of brand design and experience design
- Experience in a creative agency environment
- Leadership or mentoring experience
- Knowledge of design trends and emerging technologies
