What you'll do
- Oversee all financial planning and analysis
- Manage budget and financial controls
- Develop and execute financial strategy
- Lead capital raising initiatives
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Manage financial risk
- Support project delivery and financing
- Report directly to Chief Executive Officer
What you'll need
- Extensive CFO or senior financial leadership experience
- Knowledge of alternative energy, hydrogen, or clean energy sector
- Experience with project finance and complex project delivery
- Expertise in capital raising and financial planning
- Strong understanding of corporate governance and financial controls
- Preference for Vancouver, BC location (North American candidates considered)
