What you'll do
- Manage auto insurance claims
- Ensure fair treatment of customers and claims payments
- Process and evaluate insurance claims
- Leverage technology to improve claims handling
- Deliver quality customer service
- Review claims documentation
- Make claims determinations
- Work with modern claims processes and systems
What you'll need
- Experienced claims professional
- Knowledge of auto insurance claims
- British Columbia (BC) location or willingness to work in BC
- Understanding of insurance regulations and practices
- Familiarity with claims processing systems
