What you'll do
- Coordinate onboarding for IO Accelerator program participants
- Serve as primary point of contact for early-stage tech companies
- Help startups maximize Invest Ottawa's services and resources
- Support rapidly expanding tech companies with team, customer, and market growth
- Manage client experience initiatives
- Facilitate communication between accelerator programs and participating companies
What you'll need
- First point of contact capability for early-stage tech companies
- Understanding of startup business models and growth stages
- Ability to manage early-stage tech company clientele with $100K-$2M annual revenue
- Proficiency in program coordination and onboarding processes
