What you'll do
- Provide exceptional client support across multiple channels
- Assist clients with product selection and design consultation
- Manage client accounts and relationships
- Process orders and handle inquiries
- Support the sales team in serving luxury home furnishings clients
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Contribute to building the RH ecosystem and client experience
What you'll need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for design and luxury products
