What you'll do
- Lead Maestro as Co-Founder & CEO
- Develop and execute product strategy for AI inventory planning intelligence
- Build and scale the founding team
- Drive go-to-market strategy for SMB retail operators
- Manage channel and ERP integrations
- Define exception handling and recommendation engine capabilities
- Secure funding and manage investor relations
- Establish company culture and operational framework
What you'll need
- Co-founder partnership with meaningful founder equity
- Experience leading AI or SaaS ventures
- Understanding of retail and inventory planning domain
- Ability to work with ERP and omnichannel systems
- Proven track record of building and scaling startups
