What you'll do
- Provide regular home support to clients
- Deliver complex de-hoarding services in units and common areas
- Support clients in housing projects and programs
- Report to Program Manager
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team
- Document client progress and service delivery
- Assess client needs and hoarding situations
- Develop and implement support plans
What you'll need
- Mental health background or relevant certification
- Experience working with hoarding disorder clients
- Valid driver's license (implied for home visits)
- Ability to work part-time schedule: 11am-7pm, Tuesday-Friday
- Located in or able to commute to Vancouver, BC
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Understanding of mental health and complex support needs
