What you'll do
- Provide direct nursing care to seniors in home settings
- Conduct patient health assessments
- Administer medications and treatments
- Perform wound care and dressing changes
- Document patient care activities
- Communicate with healthcare team and clients
- Support clients' well-being and independence
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with privacy standards
What you'll need
- Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) license
- Valid RPN registration with regulatory body
- Home care experience preferred
- Knowledge of Ontario healthcare regulations
- Reliable transportation
