What you'll do
- Manage compensation accounting functions
- Prepare financial reports related to compensation
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Analyze compensation data and trends
- Oversee accounting transactions and records
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and controls
- Report to senior accounting management
What you'll need
- Accounting designation (CPA, CGA, or equivalent)
- 3+ years of compensation accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience in real estate or related industry preferred
- Hybrid work arrangement in Vancouver, BC
