What you'll do
- Provide complex wound care to adult clients
- Assess and manage wounds in home settings
- Perform dressing changes and wound treatments
- Develop individualized care plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Support client independence and quality of life
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Work in Scarborough and GTA region
What you'll need
- Current RN or RPN license in Ontario
- Experienced in complex wound care
- Home and community healthcare experience
- Ability to work part-time
- Available for immediate start
- Valid nursing credentials
