What you'll do
- Support nutritional health and well-being of seniors in long-term care
- Develop and implement nutrition care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team on senior nutrition
- Manage food service nutrition standards
- Work 16 hours per week
- Contribute to meaningful improvements in residents' lives
What you'll need
- Registered Dietitian credential
- Valid professional license
- Experience in long-term care or senior nutrition preferred
