What you'll do
- Oversee financial reporting and consolidation across global manufacturing sites
- Manage corporate accounting functions and internal controls
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders
- Monitor budgets and cost control across US, Canada, Germany, China, and Australia operations
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead and supervise accounting team members
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations
- Coordinate with international offices on financial matters
What you'll need
- Proven experience as a Corporate Controller or similar senior accounting role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Experience managing multiple production sites or business units
- Fluency in French and English
- Advanced proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional accounting designation (CPA, CA, or equivalent) preferred
