What you'll do
- Oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions
- Manage accounting department and staff
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Develop and implement financial controls
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Support business operations across multiple industries (real estate, hospitality, industrial development, oilfield services, horse racing)
What you'll need
- CPA or equivalent accounting certification preferred
- 10+ years of accounting/finance experience
- Experience managing accounting teams
- Knowledge of multiple industries preferred
- Strong financial reporting skills
- Understanding of internal controls and compliance
