What you'll do
- Oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions
- Manage the general ledger and account reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Develop and implement internal controls and processes
- Lead and mentor the accounting team
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
- Support business planning and financial analysis
- Manage banking relationships and cash flow
- Collaborate with executive leadership on financial strategy
What you'll need
- CPA or equivalent accounting credential preferred
- 10+ years of accounting and finance experience
- 5+ years in a controller or similar senior finance role
- Experience with financial reporting and SEC compliance
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems
- Experience managing accounting teams
