What you'll do
- Oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions
- Manage the general ledger and ensure accurate financial records
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts
- Establish and maintain internal controls and audit processes
- Lead and mentor the accounting team
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Drive improvements to financial processes and systems
- Partner with leadership to shape financial strategy
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA certification or equivalent
- 10+ years of accounting experience
- 5+ years of experience in a controller or senior accounting role
- Experience with SaaS or software companies preferred
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
