What you'll do
- Oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions
- Manage the accounting department and team
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Prepare and review financial statements
- Develop and maintain internal control procedures
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Direct external audit relationships
- Implement accounting policies and procedures
- Provide financial analysis and insights to management
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions
What you'll need
- CPA designation or equivalent accounting credential
- Minimum 10+ years accounting and financial management experience
- Minimum 5+ years in a controller or senior accounting leadership role
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS)
- Proficiency with ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with financial consolidations and multi-entity reporting
