What you'll do
- Provide legal counsel on corporate matters
- Ensure compliance with Canadian cryptocurrency regulations
- Draft and review corporate contracts
- Manage legal risks in fintech operations
- Advise on corporate governance issues
- Support innovation within regulatory framework
What you'll need
- Law degree (JD or equivalent)
- Bar admission/Law society membership
- Experience in corporate law
- Knowledge of cryptocurrency/fintech regulations
- Experience with regulatory compliance
