What you'll do
- Develop and implement learning and development programs
- Design training curricula for customer service teams
- Create training materials and documentation
- Deliver training sessions and workshops
- Assess training effectiveness and learning outcomes
- Support employee onboarding and professional development
- Collaborate with CS leadership on performance improvement initiatives
What you'll need
- Experience in learning and development or training roles
- Strong instructional design skills
- Ability to create engaging training materials
- Knowledge of customer service best practices
- Project management capabilities
- Communication and presentation skills
