What you'll do
- Manage customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Onboard new customers and guide them through product implementation
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance
- Monitor customer health and identify expansion opportunities
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to improve customer experience
- Track customer success metrics and report on performance
