What you'll do
- Identify and assess security vulnerabilities in systems and applications
- Conduct vulnerability scans and penetration tests
- Document findings and provide remediation recommendations
- Collaborate with development and IT teams to address security issues
- Maintain and update vulnerability management systems
- Generate security reports and metrics
- Stay current with emerging threats and vulnerabilities
What you'll need
- Cybersecurity background or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of vulnerability assessment methodologies
- Understanding of security frameworks and standards
- Technical aptitude in security tools and platforms
- Relevant certifications (CEH, OSCP, or similar preferred)
- Work authorization in Canada
