What you'll do
- Ensure site reliability and uptime for the MaintainX platform
- Monitor system performance and infrastructure health
- Respond to and resolve incidents
- Implement automation and infrastructure improvements
- Collaborate with engineering teams on system optimization
- Maintain documentation and runbooks for operations
What you'll need
- Experience with cloud platforms and infrastructure management
- Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools
- Understanding of incident response procedures
- Familiarity with DevOps practices
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Experience with automation and scripting
