What you'll do
- Lead design verification efforts for AWS custom silicon chips
- Develop and maintain testbenches and verification environments
- Manage and mentor design verification team members
- Collaborate with hardware design teams on AWS Inferentia and Trainium systems
- Drive innovation in chip verification methodologies
- Ensure quality and correctness of hardware designs
- Create technical documentation and verification plans
What you'll need
- Leadership experience in design verification
- Strong background in hardware verification methodologies
- Experience with SystemVerilog or VHDL
- Knowledge of ASIC/chip design flow
- Experience with ML accelerator or similar custom silicon projects
- Proficiency with simulation and debugging tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience mentoring junior engineers
