What you'll do
- Oversee asset management operations at Brookfield Place Calgary
- Manage portfolio of 260+ MSF across multiple property types
- Drive operational efficiency and performance optimization
- Lead and mentor asset management team
- Develop and execute asset strategies aligned with company objectives
- Monitor financial performance and optimize returns
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communications
What you'll need
- Extensive real estate asset management experience
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
- Knowledge of office, logistics, hospitality, retail and living space markets
- Experience managing large-scale property portfolios
- Understanding of gateway markets and global real estate operations
