What you'll do
- Oversee banking book financial risk management
- Provide strategic direction on risk management practices
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to risk policies
- Lead and mentor risk management team
- Monitor and assess financial risks across banking operations
- Report risk metrics and insights to senior leadership
What you'll need
- Senior leadership experience in banking or financial risk management
- Deep knowledge of banking book risks and regulatory requirements
- Strong understanding of financial risk frameworks
- Track record of managing large teams or departments
- Experience with risk governance and oversight
