What you'll do
- Oversee financial planning and budgeting
- Manage finance department operations
- Ensure financial compliance with regulations
- Develop financial strategy and reports
- Lead and mentor finance team
- Monitor P&L performance
- Support business growth initiatives
- Fill maternity leave position for 18 months
What you'll need
- Leadership experience in finance department
- Strong financial management background
- Experience with budget planning and forecasting
- Knowledge of enterprise information systems
- Understanding of regulated industry compliance
- Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred
