What you'll do
- Lead hydrogeology and subsurface water projects
- Manage and mentor hydrogeology team
- Develop strategic direction for hydrogeology practice
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Ensure regulatory compliance on projects
- Oversee technical quality and project delivery
- Drive innovation in hydrogeological solutions
What you'll need
- Professional engineering or geology credentials
- Extensive hydrogeology experience
- Leadership experience managing teams
- Knowledge of Ontario regulations and environmental standards
- Strong technical background in subsurface water
