What you'll do
- Lead implementation and professional services team
- Oversee client onboarding and project delivery
- Develop and execute implementation strategies
- Manage client relationships and satisfaction
- Build and optimize service delivery processes
- Drive revenue growth and profitability in services division
- Collaborate with product and sales teams
- Ensure successful deployment of SaaS solutions
What you'll need
- Proven experience in director-level or equivalent management role
- Experience leading implementation and professional services teams
- Track record with SaaS or software implementation projects
- Strong background in client-facing roles
- Experience in mining, heavy industry, or similar technical sectors preferred
- Strategic business acumen and P&L responsibility
