What you'll do
- Oversee IT operations and information systems strategy
- Manage IT operations team and staff
- Ensure system security and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Support and optimize MYLE (Electronic Medical Record) platform
- Direct IT infrastructure and cloud-based systems
- Manage vendor relationships and IT procurement
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
- Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery planning
What you'll need
- Leadership experience in IT operations or information systems
- Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and EMR platforms
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure
- Understanding of healthcare compliance and data security regulations
- Proven track record managing IT budgets and resources
