What you'll do
- Oversee information services operations and strategy
- Lead and manage IT team
- Develop IT infrastructure and systems strategy
- Manage information services budget
- Ensure alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives
- Implement change management across organization
What you'll need
- Senior leadership experience in information services or IT management
- Strategic IT planning and implementation experience
- Team management and mentoring capabilities
- Knowledge of engineering and construction industry (preferred)
- Understanding of triple bottom line philosophy
