You will report to the VP of R&D and lead a team of five spanning Product Managers, Product Owners, and Subject Matter Experts across our full product portfolio (CIS7, Customer portal, Mobile workforce management system, and adjacent products). What you'll do
- Lead the Product organization within R&D

- Develop product intake processes
- Conduct product discovery activities
- Manage product prioritization across portfolio
- Build and maintain product roadmaps
- Establish and mature product operating processes
- Oversee multiple product lines and adjacent products
What you'll need
