What you'll do
- Lead and manage the Professional Services organization
- Oversee client implementation and deployment of Ataccama ONE platform
- Develop and execute professional services strategy
- Manage team performance and development
- Ensure client success and satisfaction
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams on client requirements
- Monitor and manage professional services budget and profitability
What you'll need
- Leadership experience managing professional services teams
- Understanding of data quality and governance platforms
- Experience with enterprise software implementations
- Proven track record in client-facing roles
- Budget and resource management experience
