- Lead teams in implementing coordinated, efficient programs
- Drive alignment with organizational vision of rare, brief, non-recurring homelessness
What you'll need
- Proven experience in project and change management
- Leadership experience managing teams
- Knowledge of homelessness services or social sector
- Ability to work with government and community partners
- Strategic planning and systems thinking capability
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
