- Lead teams in implementing strategic initiatives
- Facilitate coordination across service providers
What you'll need
- Demonstrated experience in project and change management
- Leadership experience in nonprofit or social sector
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and government agencies
- Strong understanding of homelessness or social services sector (preferred)
- Track record of translating complex system needs into actionable initiatives
